Additional dinner tickets for accompanying persons will be available through the conference system mentioned above.
GACM Membership
All paying attendees who are not yet GACM members will receive a two-year GACM membership at no additional charge. This free membership will automatically expire after two years. A receipt/membership certificate will be sent via email by GACM after the colloquium.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by 21 July 2025 (two months before the first day of the conference) will be refunded 80% of the registration fee. The remaining 20% will be retained to cover administrative costs. After 21 July 2025, no refunds can be given and the full registration fee will be retained.
